Delete your account

You can delete your XLPostcards account and its associated data at any time using our self-service form.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address
Photos and postcard content stored on our servers
Saved recipient addresses
Order history and remaining credits

Note: postcards that have already been printed and mailed cannot be recalled, and records required for payment/tax compliance may be retained where the law requires it. Deleted credits are not refundable.
