These terms keep things clear about what XLPostcards does, what we're responsible for, and what we ask of you. By using the XLPostcards app, you agree to them.

The Service

XLPostcards turns photos and messages you create in the app into physical postcards, which we print and mail to the recipient you choose. Cards to the US, Canada, and Mexico are currently printed in the US and mailed via USPS; cards to all other countries are printed in the UK and mailed via Royal Mail.

Your Approval Is Final

Before a card is sent, the app shows you an exact preview of the front and back. When you confirm, you're approving the card exactly as shown — spelling, photos, address and all. Once confirmed, the card goes to print and can't be changed, cancelled, or recalled.

Our Responsibility — and the Postal Service's

We're responsible for printing your card as you approved it and handing it to USPS or UK Royal Mail promptly (typically within one business day). If we misprint a card or fail to mail it, contact us and we'll make it right.

Once a card is in the postal system, delivery is handled by the postal services. Like any postcard, we can't take responsibility for cards that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. For US deliveries we can track cards to delivery; for other countries, tracking covers the journey up to the handoff to the destination country's postal service.

Credits

• Credits are purchased in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their purchase terms also apply.
• Credits are tied to your email address and never expire.
• US and Canada cards use 1 credit; cards to all other countries use 2 credits.
• Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable, and are forfeited if you delete your account.

Your Content

You must have the right to use the photos you send, and you're responsible for the content of your cards. We may decline to print cards containing content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or that the postal services won't carry. We only use your photos and messages to produce and deliver your card — see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any card is limited to the credits you spent on it, which we'll refund or replace at our option. XLPostcards is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last Updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
