Cards are typically printed and handed to the postal service within one business day. From there, delivery time depends on the destination — usually within a week in the US, longer internationally. You can follow your card's status in the My Cards screen.
Yes — the My Cards screen shows each card's status. For US cards we can track all the way to delivery. For other countries, tracking covers the journey up to the handoff to the destination country's postal service.
Cards to the US, Canada, and Mexico are printed in the US and mailed via USPS. Cards to everywhere else are printed in the UK and mailed via Royal Mail.
Our responsibility is to print your card exactly as you approved it in the preview and hand it to USPS or UK Royal Mail promptly. Once it's in the postal system, delivery is in the postal service's hands — like any postcard, we can't take responsibility for mail that's lost or delayed in transit.
